The Weapons Briefcase has a fully tricked-out 10mm Pistol inside. Leave the apartment and go downstairs to the basement. Pick up the Crafting Parts. Be very careful when you go through the door since you're in a restricted zone. There are two anti-aug extremists nearby and a sniper above you. I disabled the alarm on the nearby van, shot one extremist with the Stun Gun and used a Takedown on the other while the sniper was looking elsewhere, dragging the bodies behind the van out of sight of the sniper.
I then snuck over to the extremist sniper's platform and took her out. You can find a Pocket Secretary on her with a code, For completeness, there are another two extremists in the alley that you can deal with. Stroll over to the Zatopek Bar when you're ready. Although there's a vent on the side of the building that you can use, you can also walk into the bar without violence. Talk to the barman who will insult you but also tell you where Slaw is to be found.
Open the door to the cellar for a scene. Answer as you please in the subsequent conversation and you'll receive a non-working Pass-Port device for the Palisade Blade. When you're done, go into a side room where you can find a Multitool inside a case. If you want it, you can grab a Tactical Shotgun from behind the bar. Beware when attempting to hack them because there is a patrolling police officer in the area. There's a Lvl 1 laptop inside and some Crafting parts near the window. There are also some Crafting Parts and a Multitool to pick up. Go into the server room and activate the breaker switch for a scene with Pritchard's hologram. Pritchard will direct you to Apartment 3A to get the Pass-Port reprogrammed.
Make your way to Apartment 3A and go into the secret room for a scene. She will reprogram the Pass-Port that you need to get into the Palisade Blade. In the ensuing conversation, choose the "Help How?
Choose to accept the figurine that ShadowChild wants you to plant on the desk of someone called Leona Rosolova. Leap up to the ladder, climb it and then leap across to the balcony. The upstairs flat has a Level 3 laptop on a table and some Crafting Parts underneath.
Use on the terminal on the wall to open up a secret room. There are some Crafting Parts in a tray and some minor loot in the lockers. Go out of the front window and use Icarus Dash to get up to the balcony above you. You'll find the Praxis Kit on the windowsill. Head up the stairs to the Palisade Blade for a scene with Niko Saridakis. You will get the secondary objective of investigating the death of his wife, Simona Saridakis.
Go inside and talk to the Blade employee at the desk. Select "Baba-Yaga 50" when prompted to have certain security features disabled and unlock the Help Desk trophy. Look behind the desk for some Nuke Virus Software. If you want to be really mean, you can knock out the clerk, take some software from his body and use the security laptop to turn off all the cameras.
The way forward should be open. If you have Remote Hacking you can do a bit of exploring first. Go out and around the side of the bank. There are two cameras that can see you: one just inside the bank and one above the door just in front of you. Disable both cameras, use your Stun Gun on the Tarvos Guard, use the Pass-Port on the door and drag the body inside before any suspicion is raised. Go through the door to the back for a XP Traveller bonus.
Continue round to find a Multitool by a locked gate. Break the lock, go through for another XP and pick up some Crafting Parts. Go out and jump on top of the fenced area. If you have Punch Through Walls, you can create a short cut here. If not, or you want more exploration bonuses, get up onto the ventilation pipes. Follow them round and drop down for a XP Explorer bonus.
There are some more Crafting Parts here for you to pick up. Climb the ladder and go down to the other side. Be careful: there's a camera and a security drone up here. Disable the camera and climb the panel next to it to find a vent cover.
Drop through for a XP Explorer bonus. Use the Destructible Vent to get above the elevator and then use the ceiling hatch to get inside. There's a guard and an employee wandering around the atrium whom you may want to knock out. In the east of the area near some vending machines is a vent that you can enter for a XP Traveller bonus. It leads into the ladies toilet where you can find an eBook 'Alli Gatornaut and the Robots of Venus' in one of the stalls.
Exit the room and nip across to the gents toilet. You can access another vent here. Follow it along for XP Traveller bonus and continue until you emerge in an office in Human Resources. Use the EG switch to give yourself some privacy. There's a Lvl 3 laptop on the desk which will reveal the degree to which Palisade are spying on their employees. The drawers in the filing cabinets contain some Reveal Software.
The Lvl 3 wall safe can be unlocked with the code that you may have noticed among the emails on the laptop and contains a Praxis Kit. You might consider the office beyond to be rather too populated to bother with, although a Biocell and cloaking will allow you to get around and rifle through the various drawers.
The southeast corner contains a stationery cupboard with a few lootables and vent that will bring you out by the stairs. There are two guards here and a camera looking at you so you'll have to be quick to take out both guards and hide the bodies after disabling the camera.
