This is a game I play multiple times a year and I always have fun when I do. Players who've seen and sampled the Genesis game will bemoan this weak arcade-to-cart conversion. ProTip: Doink can be pretty sneaky. Crab an opponent, then motion Down, Down-Toward, Toward and hit any Punch button to electrocute a foe. We wouldn't be so unfair as to compare this version to the PlayStation game, but we will say that next to the Genesis and 32X versions this one doesn't have a chance.
The problems start right from the beginning. If 2 players are chosen, you can kick the crap out of each other or build a tag team try choosing the same wrestler - it's kinda fun when there are three Yokozunas in the same ring. You can compete for the intercontinental or the heavyweight title - not much difference really - except that in intercontinental you start fighting 1 guy and end up with three opponents for the grand finale.
On the heavyweight level you start with two opponents and end up fighting a battle royal. Now I have some serious crash - paw - ouch - boinging to do!!!
